'About Us' should be YellowTail not Times New Roman.
And the H1 tages should be Futura not Helvetica.

It was displaying correctly for a few minutes, then it stopped.

Are you using a .ttf font file type?

Follow this tutorial for cross-browser font compatibility

I did the same process as the link listed. and have those file types. It shows up sometimes then switches to other fonts.

Do you know which version of Firefox you're testing it on?

the latest firefox. i've emptied cache, re installed firefox.
It loads the font correctly the first time, but if I return to a page it has previously loaded, it changes the font to a default browser font.

    Can you re-download the font?
Also can you try another font, other than that default in the browser, to see whether this problem is specific to the font?

I have re downloaded and re made face-font folders.
    It all works on safari.
    FuturaLT light should be h1
And the other page titles should be yellowtail

And the other page titles should be yellowtail

I don't see any CSS specifying other headings to this font.

    Not h tags.
I applied to a div with font-family code.
    Page_title is the div class

fugostudios.com seems to be fine with loading both fonts.
    it's only the fugostudios.com/mediakit pages b/c it's a different css stylesheet file.

I have noticed something on Windows 8 IE 9 (using Parallels) & Mac/PC Firefox:
    http://www.fugostudios.com/mediakit fonts don't load.
    http://fugostudios.com/mediakit fonts load correctly.
    ?
