   If we find a theme we like, can we strip out the header and footer and just use an iframe to embed the blog into our existing site?

   Since we already have the header/footer in place, I'm wondering can these elements be stripped out of the theme so we're just level with the "body" or "meat" of the blog?

   Any help appreciated... really new to WP.
