   Hi.

   I want to embed an external website onto one of my pages on my webpage.

   I want to embed this page: http://fotball.speaker.no/FiksFotballdataClient/ft.aspx?scr=table&ftid=126250

   I know I can use(/strong> iframe height="410" width="100%" frameBorder="0" src="insertpage">your browser does not support IFRAMEs</iframe)

   But I only want a small part of it, and certainly not the frames around it.

   I only want the thing inside, not the frames and ads that are around.

   You can try jQuery load function. Something like this: $('#result').load('ajax/test.html #container');
