@smlanse,
Can you check with your host for any limit on emails? Also, server error logs for any error related to emails? Ideally, emails are generated and sent and then logged to email log plugin.
I am having a similar problem. As far as I know, it has been working fine until I downloaded the most recent version 1.5.4. I always have my own email address so I can see that it is sending out the post notifications. This time, I didn’t get a notification. I checked with 2 of my subscribers, and one did get the notification, but the other one didn’t. It says in the log that all of my subscribers were successfully sent the email, but obviously that didn’t happen. Since I have 9 subscribers, it can’t be a limit of emails.
I checked with my host and I am not sending nearly enough emails/day for it to be a problem (I have a limit of 500 an hour and use no more than 30/day) and there is nothing in the error logs.
I just downloaded version 1.5.5. Don’t know if that was supposed to fix the email problem, but it didn’t. I posted today, and didn’t get email notification.
I just installed this plugin yesterday for the first time and I posted a blog this morning but none of our subscribers (mostly my coworkers for test purposes) received a post notification. I just emailed ‘info@readygraph.com’ and am waiting for a reply. 🙁
@all,
