I have two separate issues.
First I found the post on here where someone wanted to eliminate a signers last name and just have the first name and email only registered. I followed the instructions, but it eludes me, as I am still getting the last name box showing up.
Second, the form works otherwise, BUT how do I transfer the email addresses to be useful? I want to set up a separate contact category, which I did, but fail to figure out how I can EASILY extract the email names/addresses into usable, ready made contacts. Is this a separate plug in addition? I'm using Hotmail. Thanks much.
