[Plugin Email Users] not working in 3.0?

Anyone has problems with this plugin ?

i mean i can’t use it anymore ..
i dont receive any mail ..:(
is there a similar plugin for version 3.0 ? i’ve just upgraded ..
the plugin worked on 2.9.2 for a few months, then it stopped 🙁
