   So I do not want an image for the Email post to a friend topic.
   I deleted the image, but now I just have text.
   How do I remove the text?

   if you look under the post it will say Email This Post in text, then an actual link to Email this post.

   You're going to have to edit the plugin and remove the entire but about the image. Removing the image just makes it worse.
