    Hi,
my plugin is not sending email notifications for new orders, nether for admin nether for the customer. Also when i send the email manually from the orders page it doesn’t sent as well.
Does any one nows how to fix it, i’ve seen a lot of posts talking about this but i couldn’t find a solution.
    Cheers!

  • This sounds like more of a general wordpress email problem than a woocommerce-specific problem. Can you get wordpress to generate any emails at all? I’d focus on that first.

check out the wp mail smtp plugin

I’m having the same problem on several installations using different servers. WP Mail SMTP plugin works very nicely, but I’m still having problems. When a new order goes to “processing”, the admin email receives a notification, but the customer does not. The customer also doesn’t receive an email when the order is moved to “Complete”, nor when you press “Email Invoice”, nor when you add a Customer Note.

Didn’t enter in an email address in the billing info when creating test orders. That solved everything… silly me
