Can someone please help me? I forgot my password and when I try to retrieve a new one it tells me. There is no user registered with that email address, but I know its the right email address. please help.

I took the time to respond to you, you took the time to ignore (and not even check out) the solution that was there, and you come back and say how can i reset my blah blah blah without my email. Could have just avoided it all if you paid attention to what I said the first time instead of coming off like you did.
