Email not in database

Hello I need someone help,is anyone came across this problem?I got this message when I ask for PW retreival “Email not in database”I’m wondering why because all the while I use the same password without problem and suddenly I cannot login last week.I also discovered the Meta,log in,admin on the widget side of my WP site is lost – http://www.jodeweb.com/blog,appreciate if somebody could lent/share some advise or idea.Thank you
