Email me when a comment is held for moderation not working

    I have checked the following 2 options

    E-mail me whenever:
    [X] Anyone posts a comment
    [X] A comment is held for moderation

    this used to work fine; however lately I have not been getting these emails. Any way to diagnose/debug what it thinks it’s doing instead of emailing me?
