Hi, I really wonder why such a highly unresolved issue like a "email not sending to user " is not taken seriously by the wordpress team ! Almost all the posts regarding this are clueless about the issue so far.If it is not a Word press issue and if it is a server settings issue, then at least the users may be guided for that.
Please someone take some step to solve this issue.

Is your problem that user registration emails are not arriving? You're ambigous about the actual problem and offer no error messages in order for people to help.
If you have searched, you'll find that many people use one of several plugins to get around php server side limitations (not wordpress limits) on sending email.
