[email] is already exist

If somebody attempts to submit a form with a previously used email address in the email field, the form does not allow the submission. The message “[email] is already exist” in a red alert box appears by the email field.

Since this is an “order” form of sorts, I need to allow people to re-use the form. And that means people may wish to use the same email address.

How do I allow the form to accept duplicate data in the fields?
