Email control, problem: email gust registred on the site. twitter

in a other discussion (1years ago) , you write this:

wsl will attempt to reconize users based on their emails (this only when users authenticate through Facebook, Google, Yahaoo or Foursquare as these provides verified emails). if not, a new account will be created.

Now, Twitter can authenticate the meail?
because i have a account in a siste with Xemal, when login with twiter the site say me that the Xemail is alredy registered.
Can I doing Something?
Or can change something with admin?

I use Buddypress 2 ad Bpress (last).
but i dont see problem for this, so i have select integration user bp wit user wp in setting buddy.
