eMail Confirmation Field Validation

I have two email fields in my form. The second email field is supposed confirm and validate that the email address entered matches that of the first one. Currently, I’m having an issue with this.
I added this as the text validator expression but it doesnt work.
/(“email”).value != (“valid_email”).value/
Can someone point me in the right direction please?
