I am allowing guests to add their support tickets, and there is only guests which will use it. (not logged in users).
But I can't see any form for email. As I want to send a confirmation adress to the user with a link to check the status of their tickets.
Also, I am wondering where in the admin you can see the category the ticket was submitted in. As the user can choose, but I can't find any place at all in the admin you can see what category the user submitted their question to.
Also, I am wondering if there is possible to run different forms, instead of using category.
Lets say I have 3 pages,
Page 1 = Category1
Page 2 = Category2
Page 3 = Category3
When a user submits a question on page 2, it shows category2 in admin, when the user submits a question on page 3, it shows category3 and so on. Would that be possible?
