I understand how to set users as contributors so that they can only "submit for review" a post. That works. Two questions then:
1. When I then, as the administrator, log in, I do not see a list of posts pending review in a list by itself. I have to click on "posts" to see any posts pending review. Is there a way to set off those posts which still need approval in a list by themselves?
2. Is it possible to recieve an email notification when someone has submitted a post for approval?
