• I purchased the Elite version and it was a waste of time and money. Errors since the first moment, days to get an answer by support, more errors when adding coupons, more errors to install ionCube, more days to get a new answer, blog down for 1 hour… and you need to provide the password of your ftp and WordPress login… good luck if you decide to buy the pro version! No refund was made, by the way. They say the problem is mine because my theme doesn’t work properly. But my theme is “Sahifa”, the top sales theme on Themeforest…

    Sir, the issue was proven to be your theme. When deactivated, it worked perfectly.
    We offered to provide you with full support. The only theme in the entire world that has any issues is the one you use. Clearly this is due to an issue. Your blog was down because it failed to respond while we were working on it. What else can we do? We did everything that we possibly could do and spent many hours working on the issue, but clearly there was a problem with your theme.

    Normally I would be inclined to agree with you but your plugin page the repo here talks prominently about the “Pro” version. That really does make it fair to speak about in these reviews.

    My suggestion to you when you reply to reviews like this you calmly reply with the facts of this disagreement.

    Hello, the fact of the issue is that the issue only exists with the theme that the client is using. We pointed this out and attempted to address the issue, but the site stopped responding. Our plugin works with all themes as it does not interfere with styling etc. The only themes we have ever found issues with are themes that have existing issues.
    We always provide all the support possible and we never refuse support, even when the issue is with another plugin or theme.

    I disagree with you as the review is about the Lite version (see listing) and yet the content of the review is about the pro version.

    We are still willing and more than happy to continue providing support to any customer. However, we will naturally not issue a refund because the issue is with the theme.
