look for a css-selector which is unique to the “custom css”-block and add that to the list of CSS to be excluded and all should be well.
hope this helps,
frank
Hmmm, where exactly would this be??
settings -> autoptimize -> show advanced settings -> css options -> exclude css from autoptimize 🙂
Ok! What code would I add? I’m sorry I’m new to this.
well, you’d want to search for one string that is unique to your “custom css” and add that to the exclusion-list (which is comma-seperated).
Yes, I see the exclusion list but i’m unsure about the string :/
Here is a pastebin of my custom css from elegant themes

Well, I’m not familiar with your site, theme or CSS, but when looking at the HTML of your homepage
at_noti_wrapper
might be a good candidate?
based on your pastebin, you could also exclude e.g.
.et_pb_bg_layout_dark
seems to be working well! thank you so much!
Looks like this problem is now on the checkout page of my site. It causes problems on it – vinylstatus.com/checkout. How can i make it not affect woocommerce?
