   I recently installed the Dynamicwp Contact Form:
   http://www.dynamicwp.net/plugins/free-plugin-dynamicwp-contact-form/

   On my other themes just following the simple instructions the contact form shows up, but in the Elegant Grunge theme the contact form doesnt show. (bdriggerslaw.com)

   How can I make this plugin work on elegant grunge?
