Either delete gallery or add pics to it…

It’s true that I’m new to WordPress (but not computers)but I’m migrating from my ‘classic’ HTML site to WP (v3.6) In setting up galleries, I somehow created one with no pictures. So, the question is; how can I delete that particular gallery to start over or add pictures to it? Yes, I DID ‘search’ but the posts I encountered on that subject were 3 and 4 years old and the solutions offered there were not apparent on my version.
As an aside, I am using NG 2.0.17 (free, so far) in hopes of having one picture on a gallery category but on hover or a click, it displays the pictures in the gallery. Is that ‘a thing’ with NG or do I need Pro or another plug-in? (I know; that’s a loaded question).
