Editors not working (custom TinyMCE to edit multilingual content)

I am using qtranslate plugin with wordpress version 8. And i have created a set of editors as page’s meta box. I want to give the language property to the newly created custom editors. How can i do that? There is some Jquery issues that i am facing with these custom editors, because i cant even switch those editors through text/visual mode. Please help me to get out of this issue.
