   Hello,
   My editor user is not able to write post in visual editor mode. While I log in as SuperAdmin I could see visual/html editor switch tabs.
   Also checked with different browsers but same problem persists.
   I've uploaded screenshot http://twitpic.com/7egctq/full Please have a look for better understanding.
   I also checked with screen option but there's no option for switch.

   I'm afraid, Is my site hacked? It was hacked recently and has users issues, where /wp-admin Dashboard didnt show plugin, themes editor tabs.

   I removed the site & I setup wp mu again and created users. 2 months back *must be noted in my twitter timeline.. :(

   Look on the user's profile page if the "Disable the visual editor when writing" is unchecked.

   users in multisite cannot edit themes or plugins. only the super admin can.

   If the visual editor is gone, it does not mean you were hacked. It likely means a plugin is interfering. turn them all of.

   @keesiemeijer my bad. I guess, I hit the panic button too soon.
   Issue resolved. wasn't an issue though but as we say back here in हिंदी, India "दूध का जला छाच भी फुक-फुक कर पिता है."
