   maybe it's in front of my nose, but i looked inside out and cannot make a user with editor level post embed codes,
   - in a single installation this is not an issue, as the editor has this right by default
   - i disabled the visual editor
   - disabled the media settings "auto embeds"
   - disabled the writing settings "correct invalid xhtml"
   - disabled all plugins
   - am running twenty eleven

   yes, i know there are modern ways to embed, but it's a non-conventional one
   youtube used as audio player

   DO NOT USE UNFILTERED-MU ON AN OPEN REGISTRATION SITE

   It is a very powerful plugin, and as with all powerful tools, it can hurt you badly. Please be careful with it.

   I'd make a shortcode for that, personally.
