Editor Toolbar won't display

    Actually, I am running 3.0.2.
    I have three blogs actually but the newest one I am just now creating, for some reason the editor toolbar doesn’t display on the new post page.
    I am using the same theme.. and version of WordPress as the other two blogs and they display the toolbar just fine. It shows the visual and HTML tabs and switches between them but when I am on visual it only shows the 4 icons for inserting a picture or music or a video. The regular editor toolbar just doesn’t display. It does display the HTML editor toolbar however.

    I did spend a few hours experimenting with the HTML and clicked the button on the profile page to allow that but I restored it to show visual editor when I was done and now the toolbar is gone. Can anyone tell me how to restore it?
