   I am an administrator of a 3.0.2 multisite installation. I have the ability to add embed code in the WYSIWYG, and I have the ability to add things like target="_blank" to comments.

   However, a user with an editor role is unable to do these things. The code disappears. With the User Role Editor plugin I have tried giving him the permission to use "unfiltered_html" but this still doesn't work.

   Any thoughts on how I can make an editor do these things?
