Is there any way to add new pages through the editor?

Or do you have to go through your site’s file manager/an FTP program?

That’s not what I’m asking. I’m asking if there’s a way to make like…the css and PHP pages through the actual editor section–where you edit the CSS and can set things as templates and etc.

Right now, I only know how to edit them after I actually create the page in a document and move them there through an FTP program or upload/make them through my site’s file manager. I am asking if there is a way to do it through the editor in the WP Admin area.

The simple answer is no, if you want to include a custom page template or stylesheet you need to upload it (which is fairly simple)…once in theme, it can be edited there, so…just download the Page Template you will base the edit on, rename it properly (including in the file), upload with FTP or host File Manager…Then, if you choose to edit in wp admin theme editor, go at it…

Sorry, I misunderstood – as noted above, you’ll need to first create the file and upload via FTP…

It just would be much easier than opening up several programs just to make a text document to upload in another program after logging into an FTP server and getting to the folder in question.

    It’s a shame it isn’t possible then :/
