   I have disabled the Visual Editor in my preferences but I'm still not able to paste in HTML that contains DIVS without the Editor susequently messing it all up, ie; stripping out DIVS and adding lots of P tags.

   It's clean code - not from Word or anything.

   Anyone have a solution?

   If the visual editor is turned off completely (admin > Users > Your profile), it never messes my html. I really cannot reproduce your error...

   There's a great plugin which wraps code with a comment to prevent the code from being altered by the html editor. It's at http://w-shadow.com/blog/2007/12/13/raw-html-in-wordpress/ and works in 2.6.2.
