Editor changes HTML code

Hello,
I would like to add the following HTML code to one of my pages. In the HTML view of the editor I insert the following code:

<form action=”http://ftp-download.ptc-gps.com/Public/Software/TeamViewerQS_de.exe&#8221; method=”link”> <input value=”Download” type=”submit”>
</form>

If I press the “Save” Button the code

<input value=”Download” type=”submit”>

is deleted.

What is the reason?
