Editing WordPress template

Hi there, I am currently trying to edit a WordPress template. The wrapper was originally…

}

I have changed it to:

}
#wrapper {
background: none; left top repeat-x;
}

Even after changing it, the template remains the same. Any suggestions? Screenshot below.
