Editing Widgets in Side Bars (3 posts)

    I just upgraded to 2.7.1.

I wanted to change the default name for the PAGE widget. It was in Side bar 2.
I did make the change... so I thought, but when I wanted to navigate away from the page, I was told to save the changes by pressing Save Changes at the bottom of the widget column.

There WAS NO "SAVE CHANGES" button at the bottom of Side bar 2. There is one under Side Bar 2.

The "SAVE CHANGES" button is at the bottom of the Current Widgets column in Appearance/Widgets.

If one is using 2 sidebars, which provides a 3 column layout, when you go to Current Widgets in appearance/widgets, there is a pull down menu for sidebar1, and for sidebar2. The "Save Changes" appears when sidebar1 is shown. But it doesn't show when I display the contents of sidebar2.
