Editing Widgets (4 posts)

    Hey guys, quick question.
I'm trying to figure out how I can edit the html code of the search widget. I'm using the LoseMyMind theme, and I went in there to look at the sidebar.php, but I can't seem to find it.
This should be simple for anyone that's not retarded like myself.
    Thanks!

Jamwil. Widget work completely different from the good old sidebar in which you could edit the sidebar.php. You're going to have to find the php of the widget you want to edit. I haven't tried that myself, but my guess is that some widget.php (there are a few of those) contains the code of all the default widgets. Of course you can also just download another search widget so you're certain that you're working on the right one.
