   I am trying to update my footer information to reflect the fact that the site is now "live" but the Site Admin and Logout are still pointing towards the temporary site address. I've edited the footer in the WordPress editor and also I've tried to edit it in Dreamweaver and replace the existing file.

   Why can't I add widgets to the center and right footer areas of this site? Is it because of the theme, High Def?
