    http://www.vistrix.net/blog/about/

My about page contains a comment form for people to submit but I dont want them to be displayed e.g. I want the " No Responses to “About”" to be gone.

How do I get rid of this?

    Thanks.

Go into your admin pages, click on: manage / pages / about

    click edit

then on right hand side under discussion, uncheck the tickbox for allow comments.

But then no one can send me feedback or questions.

I want them to be able to send me a message/email but I dont want them published on a site. You know, like a typical contact us page.

It doesnt make sense why its set up like it is as default.

The comment for pages, is the same as for posts, if you want a contact me page, I'd suggest either making a custom page template or using one of the contact plug ins available.

Personally i think it makes perfect sense, all posts/pages are equal... just because it's called about me doesn't make it special, unless YOU make it special. Customizable wordpress, I loves it!
