Editing / Removing Widgets – Changes Dont Save

I have a text widget of which ive got a basic html drop-down list. Ive had no problems before but today when i add a new object and save changes they dont take affect. Im trying to remove the widget and it still wont do it. Its like it doesnt save the changes ive made. Any Help??
