I have edited some recent posts to add unique meta tags (for keywords and description) for each individual post, using “another_wordpress_meta_plugin” with my default 1.5 theme. I display each post on a separate page, including in the archives, because my posts are long.

For some reason, the meta tags appear only on the archive copies I get to from my individual archive index page (I view source to see them), and not on the main page or on the archives by category, even though all display only one post per page. How can I get them onto the main page, at least. Using “manage posts – edit” doesn’t change the main page copy.

  • Please, don’t start a new topic just to “add” something to your post. If it is not editable anymore, just continue with a new post. I deleted your other topic/thread!

My face is red. I should have noticed that the instructions for the plug-in “another_wordpress_meta_plugin” explains that the individual post-by-post meta tags don’t appear on the main page. So … never mind. Resolved.
