Editing gallery

    Hi, I have noticed that handling of the native gallery in wordpress is very poor. I can add images to gallery only by uploading them not by e.g. by attaching them from media library, moreover when I want to delete some images from gallery i must delete it from server. Someone maybe know plugin that extend gallery by function wchich I mention? I don’t want a huge plugin like NextGEN Gallery.

    You can attach unattached images to a post by using the media library. You can also specify images to show, or exclude.

    Yes you have right but i don’t mean attach to post but to gallery. Try to create gallery paste to post and editing by adding next image. Everything must working by GUI. I’m creating theme to people who don’t know php stuff.

    In that case a plugin is probably the way to go. But you might need to try a few until you find a nice simple one.
