How do I edit the CSS in eShop so that I can change the colors of things around. I've not really used much CSS before, so it's still pretty new to me.

I went to the authors Web site and there is a Web page that outlines how to edit the CSS for eShop.

Try editing your custom eshop.css file via Appearance -> eShop.
