Editing Description Text

Not sure if this is something directly related to our plugin or not, to be honest. However, if you’re wanting to have that automatically added to every public upload, it looks like the best solution is going to be js/jquery adding it on page load. It looks like we have no graceful way to set default text in the description field. The js idea won’t guarantee that it gets set either, it’d just pre-populate and the user could delete.
