Editing Child in CSS file (6 posts)

I'm having trouble editing the CSS file of my Blaskan child site. What I want to do is change the background of the wrapper (e.g., the body or middle of the page. You can see what I mean by looking at my site: daniellecordaro.com. I'd like the white part to also be green.

There's no option to change the color of this area from within WordPress, so I'm trying to modify the CSS. I've tried following the directions laid out on how to handle child page changes in the WP editor, but it's not working. Inspect page tells me this is what I need to change, but any changes I make to the color or even just removing the background image do nothing.

I've tried making other changes via the codex directions, and nothing seems to "take" on the actual site. Can someone clue me in to what I'm doing wrong?

Post here the CSS you've tried.

Ok, that is so weird. It wasn't working yesterday! Oh well, I'm glad it's working--thank you for your help!
