[resolved] Editing Buttons for Comments? (3 posts)

I'm running WP 2.1.3, and would like to make it so that above the commenting area there are the editing buttons for inserting code (EXACTLY like what is above the commenting area on this forum).

I want to make it so that commenters have an easy way to insert code correctly, so that their links don't get stripped of improperly typed attributes and so that I don't have to go in and reformat comments myself. Is there a plugin to insert these editing buttons (e.g. b, i, link, b-quote, code, ol, ul, li) or do I have to edit core files?

It may or may not work with your WP version (BTW, upgrade - that's an unsafe version!)

Thank you, that did the trick and the plugin seems to work with WP 2.2.2.
