Is there a way to copy the wordPress files?
I would like to look at them in Microsoft Express Web

Also through WordPress where and how to I edit the files to add?
did i miss it in this documentation?

All of the WordPress files will be on your hosting server in whatever oflder you’ve installed them as. You can FTP into the server and download them to your local PC.
