    A link to your site would make it easier to people to help you. Also, what, specifically do you want to change?

    Does that theme have a Custom CSS option? If not, you’ll need to first add that via a plugin – such as JetPack or My Custom CSS.

    Yes, you can change pretty much anything about the theme with a little CSS in a child theme, or using a plugin like WPyogi mentioned.
