Editing style settings for specific images (5 posts)

    On this page (http://thegalleysink.com/galley-collection-pricing-test-2/), you'll notice a row of five product thumbs along the top of the page that was created with the 'Logos Showcase' plugin. However, my site, by default, generates a border around images and I would like to remove the border and make the background transparent for each of those five thumbnail images.

    I remember in previous versions of WordPress, I could access a specific images style settings in the Media Library and set its background to transparent and turn off the border, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. And because these images were published into this plugin, I don't have access the each images html code to set each one with a transparent background and no border, as I can typically do to specific images throughout my site. I don't want to do this in the styles.css file in my theme, because there are images on my site that I do want to have a border.

    What are my options? Thanks.

    Try adding to your child theme css file

    .lshowcase-normal .entry img {
    border: 0;
    }

    Not sure how that plugin works but might require !important

    These have never been options in WordPress by default, so they must have been added by the plugin. I'd suggest asking the plugin's developer about them.

    I don't have a child theme for my website because it's never been necessary. Surely there's a way to access the styles attributes for these images themselves. I do now remember how I accessed those settings in images before by utilizing the 'Visual' tab and selecting an image on the page. However, with these images in this plugin, they don't display when I view the page in the Visual tab.

    Sorry esmi, I remember now how I was able to access the properties for a specific image in the Visual tab (as seen in the screen shot I've linked to). It's just in the case with these images, they don't show under the Visual editor for the page to accomplish this.
