    How to edit the file wp-signup.php
    So that users can enter their own password
    I do not want a plugin because my theme have problem with these plugins
    I want to edit this file by coding
    I’m famili with HTML ,PHP ,JS, JQUERY,CSS ,
    Please guide me, thanks

    Never, ever, edit WordPress core scripts. You really still need to look for a suitable plugin. Or consider creating one yourself.
