Edit the user profile page

    When a user signs up and logs in for the first time, they get sent to the profile page (wp-admin/profile.php) It doesn’t match the theme of my website at all and asks the user confusing questions (Such as using the visual editor or not.) which they really don’t need. Is it possible to edit this page without editing wp-admin/profile.php ?
