   I have created my theme that looks like my site, but I dont know how to edit the links at the top that link back to my mine site. You can see the links if you view the source but I dont know how to edit them with the files that I have.

   There all php files and are do not have the html that changes the links at the top.

   Anybody know how to achieve this?

   Most likely those are coded in your header.php file. Have a look there.
