Hi
I've looked through this forum but can't find exact instructions in order to edit the sidebar.php on http://www.bdog.es.
I would like to:
- eliminate the search function
- change "Archives" heading to "Articles" and filter them so that only certain posts appear on the sidebar.
- remove "Categories"
- Add contact details
The other thing I'm struggling with is in the footer: I've added contact info below ths site name, but can't figure out where to give it some padding and change the colour to white.
Precise code would be appreciated. Thanks!
Don't edit the Twenty Ten theme. Your changes will be over-written the next time you upgrade WordPress. For this reason, it is recommended that you consider creating a child theme for your customisations.
Once your new child theme is active, we should be able to help with any changes you want to make.

well i thought i followed the instructions for creating a child theme, but its not working (!)
all i did was change the site title colour, however it still shows up black. i did this test on another site that i'm working on: http://www.sanergiaesvida.com
