Edit sidebar widgets

Greetings All,

The URI is http://guitarsandfriends.com

As you will notice, under Legal (a text widget) there are no pages listed. As I prepare them, I would like to add Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, etc to it.

These widgets are all from Design > Widgets.

In earlier versions of WP this was no problem, but now I cannot find any information to do this simple thing.
