edit post – shows blank screen

    Hello,
    First – i tried searching FAQ and forums but found no clear answer.
    I had v 2.8 and tinyMCE plugin as visual editor. Some posts started behaving and I could not edit them in visual mode only html. I upgraded recently to v3.01 and now i cannot edit one of the posts at all.
    firefox shows blank screen. I tried Chrome browser it gave me this error:
    This webpage is not available.

    The webpage at http://www.design-decor-staging.com/blog/wp- admin/post.php?post=1600&action=edit might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

    Below is the original error message

    Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): Unknown error.

    The post in question can be viewed ok. however i cannot edit it.
    All other posts are ok.

    Please, help me to restore this post.

    Please complete the following tests 1st

    1) Disable all plugins, then test to see if the problem persists.

    2) If problem persists after disabling all plugins, switch the theme to the WordPress default ( Twenty Ten ) and test to see if the problem persists.

    Come back here and post your results. This way the problem origin can be narrowed down.

    Hi,

    Found out that plugin “WordPress databse backup” was the culprit.
    Can see html code of the post with the above plugin disabled.

    Still no visual editor.
    Tried Twenty Ten theme – post shows blank screen.

    Any further advice ?

    Hello,

    Backup plugin is still disabled but I cannot edit the post again even in html editor.
    What else is there to do ?
